Costa Rica host country programme

We encourage young people from all our host countries to get involved with our expeditions. In Costa Rica & Nicaragua we have a youth programme in place to recruit young Costa Ricans and Nicaraguans for our expeditions.

The Costa Rica & Nicaragua host country programme
The programme started in 2001 when we established a presence in Costa Rica. It was created to encourage young people from the host country to be all they can be, working alongside participants from other countries, making friendships for life, becoming aware of the needs of their own community and broadening their outlook on the world.

How to apply
If you're a young Costa Rican or Nicaraguan and can give up 10 weeks of your life we'd love to hear from you. We have opportunities for local participants or local volunteer managers.
