Deputy Operations Manager: Lizi

Lizi works alongside our Country Operations Manager to support the day to operations of the expedition and provides the support to all Volunteer Mangers.

Logistics: Kathy and Nicola

Kathy and Nicola make up our logistics team. One of the busiest and most important teams at fieldbase they are responsible for keeping track of supplies for project sites, ensuring each has all the food and equipment they need.

Borneo is Steve’s third Raleigh expedition! He’ll be busy visiting project sites capturing images that will enable you all to see some of the exciting projects we’ll be working on. As communications officer I’ll be working closely alongside Steve to document the expedition, with updates from project sites and interviews with venturers and locals.

Advance Medic: Georgia

Georgia is our advance medic and will be splitting her time between fieldbase and project sites. During this first week she’ll be taking care of any paperwork and ensuring all the medical kits are prepped ready for project groups to take on expedition.

Administration: Joy

Joy our admin officer will ensure the smooth running of the Raleigh Borneo office she’ll be busy handling all the filing, printing and paper work needed prior to and throughout expedition.

In our next blog we’ll be meeting the rest of our Volunteer Managers who will be arriving in Fieldbase on Saturday.
