On Thursday 5th March, our volunteers returned from all over Sabah, bringing with them; photos, stories and excitement from their first phase.
During the 3 day changeover period the groups were given the opportunity to talk about their phases and how they felt about the projects and the sustainability of them; their teamwork; and the different leadership styles that everyone brought to their group.
The groups were also involved in an Action at Home session which equips the volunteers with the tools to continue creating postive change long term.
