Expedition Project Manager

Project manager and volunteers in Tanzania

Want to be out on the project sites getting your hands dirty whilst leading and motivating a group of young volunteers? Then an expedition Project Manager role might be just for you.

As a Project Manager you will be based on the community, environment and adventure project sites throughout the Raleigh expedition. These roles are some of the most hands-on within the volunteer manager team. You will ensure the safe and effective delivery of our expeditions. You don’t necessarily need management experience for this role but being passionate, motivated and a desire to work with young people is a must!

You won’t be on your own, you’ll have at least one other project manager on your project site. You’ll work together as a team to facilitate, lead and inspire a diverse group of international volunteers to complete impactful project whilst developing their skills.

You will encourage the volunteers to work side by side with communities to create lasting change. This role is extremely rewarding. You’ll see the impact that Raleigh and our volunteers have on environments, communities and individuals first hand whilst also developing your management and leadership skills.

Want more information on this role? Give us a call on +44 (0)207 183 1295 or email volunteermanagers@raleighinternational.org
