Volunteer Assessor (ICS)

ICS Volunteer Assessor

Role type: Assess / Facilitate

Activity: Raleigh ICS Assessment Days

Eligibility: Experience of overseas volunteering is not essential, but can be helpful

We are looking for volunteer assessors to help us assess ICS potential volunteers on our next cycle of assessment days. Each event requires a dedicated team of six assessors (a mix of Head Office staff and volunteers) to observe and evaluate groups throughout the day. We are looking for a diverse range of assessors, who feel they have the skills necessary to objectively assess candidate’s suitability for the programme.

As alumni, this is a wonderful and exciting opportunity to share your knowledge of ICS and brush up on your recruitment and interview skills. You will be fully trained and supported in this role by the training team and expenses and lunch are covered. We have lots of upcoming dates so get in touch or download a guide below!
