The Marketing & Campaigns Manager is a exciting new role in our newly combined Marketing, Campaigns & Communications team. The team attracts and mobilises young people to take action and join our global youth movement – be that to volunteer, campaign or fundraise – and uses our platforms to let them tell their stories and to speak out on the issues they care about.
The role, responsible for volunteer marketing and recruitment, will manage the creation and implementation of strategies to persuade young people to take action with Raleigh International and to ensure that the marketing of these actions is compelling, on-brand and differentiated.
The Senior Digital Marketing Officer works within the Marketing, Campaigns & Communications team to attract and mobilise young people to take action and join our global youth movement. As the Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will help to develop innovative digital marketing strategies and integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive conversions and build awareness and engagement of Raleigh International’s work.
You’ll help hone and shape our digital marketing and communications through analytics, monitoring and exploring new technologies.
As the Digital Communications Officer, you will work across a wide range of projects helping to drive the recruitment of volunteers for Raleigh International’s programmes, build and nurture relationships with alumni, and increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms (paid and organic).
In this role you will manage the creation and implementation of social media guidelines and the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns.
Partnerships with Institutional, Foundation and Trusts are vital elements within Raleigh International’s fundraising plan. This is an exciting opportunity to work proactively with young people, colleagues and others to drive fundraising from these donor audiences.
The Institutional Partnerships Manager will strengthen existing relationships and cultivate valuable new partnerships which, collectively, help ensure a legacy of young active global citizens.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people, partners and colleagues to design new projects and develop high quality asks across our donor audiences as Programme Development Officer. Working with the Head of Programmes & Partnerships you will help generate ideas for exciting new programmes to be delivered by and for young people.

We are searching for 15 young people (18-24) who share our passion about environmental sustainability, the empowerment of youth, and who are ready for the challenge of bringing our exciting new projects to life! Our UK Year of Service Climate Action Interns will support and extend the reach of Raleigh International’s Action Not Excuses climate change campaign and Re:Green programme, which aim to build a movement of young leaders taking urgent action now to address the climate and biodiversity emergencies across the UK and around the world.
