Application Form – Medics

Thank you for deciding to apply as a volunteer medic with Raleigh International.

A few things before you start…

  1. Raleigh has two different medic opportunities available; our ICS Medic role and our Expedition Medic role. Please give us a call on +44 (0)20 7183 1295 if you have any questions, or would like to find out more about these two different roles.

  2. The form must be completed all in one go (you can’t save and come back to it later) so please give yourself plenty of time. We suggest you look through the whole form before you start, to make sure you have all the information you will need.

  3. Medical condition or concern? Raleigh Expeditions are open to anyone who wants to apply, but it must be safe for you to take part. Please read our medical form. You don’t need to complete this form until your application has been approved and you have been sent details of how and when to do so. If you have or previously have had any physical or mental health conditions or are currently taking any prescription medications, please book a call with the Raleigh Medical Team using this link. You can apply before you have spoken to the Medical team however your place will not be guaranteed until after you have spoken to one of the Nurses if you have a medical condition or concern.

  4. Offers are subject to a criminal records check or DBS. Having a criminal record will not necessarily prevent you from joining a Raleigh programme; however we ask that you disclose this information as early as possible in the application process. If there is anything you need to disclose in relation to this please contact our Volunteer Journey Manager, Richard Ripley for a confidential chat on +44 (0) 207 183 1274 before you apply.

  5. Question about the application form? Just give us a call on +44 (0)20 7183 1295 or email volunteermanagers@raleighinternational.org and we can help!

  6. Please note, fields marked with an asterisk(*) are compulsory.

We look forward to receiving your application!
