Find out what you're capable of — together
A TEAM THAT WORKS
Collaboration is more than getting along – it’s knowing how to listen, how to contribute, and how to bring the best out of others under pressure. Raleigh puts you in situations where teamwork isn’t optional. It’s how things get done.
If you want to be someone who can:
- Communicate clearly across cultures and backgrounds
- Build trust quickly with people you’ve just met
- Contribute meaningfully to a shared goal
- Resolve disagreements constructively
- Support others to do their best work
THEN YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE
TEAMWORK AT EVERY STAGE
From the moment you start planning your Expedition, you’re working with others. Raleigh structures every phase to develop a different dimension of collaborative skill.
FUNDING
Raising funds for your Expedition means asking for support, coordinating events, and motivating people around you. You’ll quickly learn that getting results depends on how well you communicate and collaborate – skills that follow you long after Expedition ends.
PROJECT
Projects bring together Venturers and local community members from very different backgrounds. Learning to listen, share responsibility, and align on a common goal – across language and culture – is one of the most transferable skills Raleigh develops.
ADVENTURE TREK
In the field, collaboration isn’t a workshop exercise, it’s what keeps the group moving. Rotating roles, shared decision-making, and navigating disagreement in real time all build the kind of practical teamwork that employers notice.
