Reporting to the Director of Safety, Operations and Governance, the Re:Green Programme Manager will oversee the safe and effective delivery of Raleigh International’s new Re:Green programme.

Salary: £36,914 –£38,909

Contract: 6 months full-time, fixed-term contract (extension possible)

Volunteer Journey Intern

The Volunteer Journey Intern is part of a team that recruits volunteers and volunteer leaders, and provides information, support and responds to enquiries from all volunteers to ensure that they are ready and prepared for their volunteering programmes (Expedition and our newest programme, Re:Green). We are getting ready to post our volunteers and need support to get these programmes running!

The Team ensures all volunteers are supported on their pre-departure journey and safe to go on a Raleigh programme, have reached their fundraising targets, have completed medical and safer recruitment checks, and through training and support they are prepared to start their programme.

Location: Although our staff are currently working from home, we hope to reopen our office in Westminster, London soon. Most staff will continue to work flexibly.

Salary: £16,216 (per annum, pro rata)

Contract: 6 month fixed-term contract

Volunteer Journey Manager (Maternity Cover)

The Volunteer Journey Manager is responsible for leading a team that recruits volunteers and volunteer leaders, and provides information, support and responds to enquiries from all volunteers to ensure that they are ready and prepared for their volunteering programmes (the international Expedition and UK based Re:Green).

The Team ensures all volunteers are supported on their pre-departure journey and safe to go on a Raleigh programme, have reached their fundraising targets, have completed medical and safer recruitment checks, and through training and support they are prepared to start their programme.

Head of Volunteering

The Head of Volunteering a key role in the organisation, responsible for the design, content, purpose and positioning of Raleigh’s volunteering programmes. The role has strategic oversight for quality assurance of the programmes and supports efficiency, cohesiveness and accessibility of the volunteer journey from marketing, recruitment and support for both volunteers and volunteer leaders on the international Expedition and UK programme (Re:Green). It is a global role, working alongside colleagues in the UK and overseas, ensuring the programmes are impactful, relevant, funded, well-run and efficient.
